These employers make the difference

Which schemes can you use?

If you recruit an employee through Werkse!, you can often make use of favourable schemes. Below are a number of schemes that are often used. Contact one of our account managers for advice on which scheme best suits your organisation.

Trial placement

The trial placement is a way of investigating whether there is a good match between jobseeker and employer. The jobseeker can gain practical experience and the employer is not at risk as no salary is paid.

Labour cost benefit

Wage cost benefits are annual allowances for employers that are settled via the Tax and Customs Administration. You can find more information about Wage Costs Benefits on the Tax and Customs Administration website or via one of the Werkse! account managers.

Work experience place (WEP

The WEP stands for work experience placement. This is a temporary job for workers, usually of a few months’ duration. A great way to gain experience and develop new skills.

Development job

In a development job, people can quietly gain experience, make mistakes, fix things, learn and try things out. The employees do not have to be able to do the work yet and learn to speak out if they have a problem. Werkse! supervises employees in a development job within one of our work learning companies. The next step is a job with an employer. The total process takes three years, a nice period for the employee and the employer to learn a lot about each other and the work.
