Have a complaint?
Unsatisfied about Werkse!? Then we’d like to hear about that. For example:
- You believe that Werkse! has not treated you properly.
- You haven’t had a reply to your letter. Or you’ve had to wait too long.
- Werkse! fails to keep a promise.
- You ask for information, but don’t get a reply.

Complaint processing
Someone who is not involved with your complaint will deal with it. This person may give you a telephone call to ask for more information.

Decision
Werkse! makes a decision on your complaint. Werkse! will let you know about the decision within 6 weeks.

Appeals procedure
If you, a Werkse! candidate, disagree with the findings of the decision then you can submit a complaint to the National Ombudsman.
Appealing against a decision made by the municipality
Do you disagree with a decision made by the municipality? For instance about the value of your benefit payments or discontinuation of benefits? Then get in touch with your contact person at the municipality (gemeente):
