Secrid launches campaign to increase employment rate for people with disabilities

On 1 May, Labour Day, Secrid launches a campaign together with Cedris to inspire companies and entrepreneurs in the manufacturing industry to make more use of the social development companies in our country. In campaign video, employees (including from Werkse!) are put in the spotlight. The qualities of these people contribute to the successful production of Secrid wallets.

In the Netherlands, 125,000 people with an occupational disability are out of work. The campaign aims to narrow the gap between the shortage in the production sector and the group of workers eager to roll up their sleeves. Together, Secrid and Cedris developed a white paper for companies in the manufacturing industry with concrete steps to involve social development companies in the production process.
