Improve yourDutch
Is it more difficult to find a job because you cannot yet speak, read or write Dutch well enough? Werkse! can help you to find work by focusing on improving your Dutch. You can combine language lessons with a place to practice your language skills or a work-experience place.
Language lessons
There are many ways to improve your Dutch. You can get a general command of the language, but you can also follow training courses with a specific goal. This might be so that you can look after yourself, or perhaps learn specialist language such as the language used in healthcare.
Reading and writing
Can you speak good Dutch but have difficulty reading or writing? Or perhaps you need help to work with a computer? These things could mean it is difficult to make an active contribution to society. Werkse! works together with Doe Weer Mee! at ROC Mondriaan. Doe Weer Mee! helps people of all ages. Drop by during the walk-in session at WijWest Dichtbij.
Practising Dutch
The process of learning to speak Dutch goes much more quickly if you can practise a lot in real-life situations. Werkse! offers a number of places to do this. For instance, we have places for holders of residence status to practise their language skills, but also work-experience places both at Werkse! and elsewhere. These places allow you to speak a lot of Dutch with your colleagues. The focus is on improving your language skills.
