Our approach

The Werkse! workers have an eye for detail. They are trained to supervise situations and assess risks.  We put a lot of investment into our workers. This includes new training from the field, individual training programmes or courses in personal skills, such as collaboration and communication. All our colleagues are certified security guards or are following a programme to reach this level. Werkse! works for museums (Prinsenhof), offices, schools and for security organisations.

Corporate social responsibility

Outsourcing security in your organisation to Werkse! is an expression of corporate social responsibility. Not everyone is able to find work on their own. Werkse!, as a certified job-training company, can help. People learn ‘on the job’ and are challenged to take a further step in their personal development. Workers learn both job skills and skills specific to the particular field on the basis of ‘being a good employee’. In this way, together with our clients, we contribute to a more socially-responsible world.

Together we can make the difference

As a client, you can have an impact. The work ensures that our workers can grow and develop.
